Tojo's Take 2


There is really nothing much to say about the goodness of Tojo's so, I will post some pictures of the Omakase that I tried for the second time.  Some are dishes I do not quite remember what they were although the memory of the taste still lingers in my mind.

Thinly sliced something (I think, it's octopus) with special combination of soy sauce and sesame sauce.

Halibut with snow peas, carrots, Japanese mushroom and special sauce.

This picture really doesn't do any justice to this piece of fish.   And my memory doesn't too! It's amazingly coated with their House Special sauce.

FRESH SEAFOOD ON RICE!

Matcha Creme Brulee.
